In our Building Operational Capacity course, we guide you through a hands-on process for building internal capacities to execute on your operational plans, monitor business performance and impact, and make informed decisions on how to grow your business. We combine in-person workshops with one-on-one mentorship, peer groups and an online learning environment to help you succeed. This course is well suited for small business owners and startup founders looking to build businesses with positive community impact.
