Learn why Self-care is Survival & How to Lay the Foundations in Your Life with Ayana Labossiere Burks

By the end of this training, participants will understand the importance of self-care, be able to identify the mental blocks that are getting in the way of them accomplishing their health and wellness goals, and will learn how to start making themselves a priority.

So many of us have internalized that our needs are not as important as others, and have a tendency to put other people’s needs before our own. This program offers an introduction to the many different forms of self-care, what REALLY gets in the way of our self-care, and how we can finally change the pattern. We will discuss self-care tips, but most importantly, this training will help reverse some of that thinking, and help you finally make yourself a priority. Only when you do that, will you really be able to live the life you want and maximize joy.

Together, we will work to set goals, build community, and figure out what blocks get in our own way. Together, we will get healthier from the inside out.

RSVP as space is limited.
