Skill Share @ Impact Hub Oakland. Every first and third Thursday of the month, you’ll get an opportunity to hear from an impact organization, a community leader, or an entrepreneur, who wants to share valuable knowledge with you!
Thursday, November 21, be prepared to learn How to Use Strategic Storytelling to Transform the Workplace Culture with Jared Karol.
As a leader, you’re main job is to build relationships. Your people are looking to you for motivation and inspiration. For that to work, they need to trust you and know why you care. You need to be vulnerable, accessible, and, most importantly, relatable. The quickest way to do that is to tell your story. In this skill share, you will learn a framework for developing, sharing, and embodying an authentic, compelling personal narrative that can (and should) be used in all kinds of professional settings.
