It is the pleasure of Omi Gallery to welcome and exhibit our final show of 2017 Catch Them Feels a collection of new and recent works by Tigre Bailando excavated from the internal landscape of a sensitive heart. Born out of ritual and communion, these works explore a liminal place: the tender space between death & rebirth, between hope & despair, between love & heartbreak. Utilizing the body as an altar, a vessel, a conduit for transformation, Tigre Bailando calls forth new mythologies through the invocation of ancient memories. Catch Them Feels is a collection of medicine songs that leans into the darkness and pain of our world to discover healing and transcendence.
