What is Kinstretch?

Kinstretch is defined as a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.

What does this even mean?⠀⠀

Kinstretch focuses on gaining control of your passive flexibility by utilizing Functional Range Conditioning principles to improve your mobility (strength through flexibility + control). Unlike traditional yoga which is commonly structured around gaining passive flexibility (which has no translation to movement potential), Kinstretch focuses on making your passive flexibility more active and transferable to whatever it is you want to get good at (basically any activity or sport)
